We have built an enviable reputation for developing innovative engineering, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions at our well-equipped facilities across Australia. Our team of specialists and highly qualified staff have over 40 years of combined experience providing dedicated support and know-how to defence and non-defence customers, in areas of aircraft mechanical and hydraulic systems.
MRO serves to restore aircraft components back to their original airworthy condition, avoiding the need for complete system replacement. Rosebank Engineering have been providing reliable MRO services since 1985, establishing their position as a trusted Defence service provider.
Our MRO capability is focused on, but not exclusive to, aircraft and helicopter mechanical systems and components including hydraulics, landing gear assemblies, pneumatic systems, mechanical components, electrical generators, engine controls and accessories, engineering design, development, implementation and certification and Managed MRO Services.
Collectively, our team of over 30 highly skilled technicians and engineers are located across 5 facilities in Australia with experience across platforms. Our state-of-the-art facilities have comprehensive hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, pressurisation, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and environmental control testing equipment, ensuring precise results for customers. Our MRO services are fully accredited by all major regulatory authorities and bodies. Contact us directly for further details.

Capabilities
MRO serves to maintain or restore components so as to avoid the need for complete system replacement. MRO activities may include unforeseen repairs as well as scheduled and preventative maintenance. For the team at Rosebank Engineering, MRO is the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial, and supervisory actions necessary to return equipment to a ‘fit for purpose’ condition whilst, ideally, increasing the mean time between failures.
Our capability comprises more than 25 different test benches, each capable of testing and simulating a variety of operational conditions. We also operate world-class cleanroom facilities (Class 10,000, Class 100) for performing precision metrology, sub-micron machining, finishing, assembly and testing.
At Rosebank Engineering our MRO capabilities are focused on, but not exclusive to, aircraft and helicopter mechanical systems and components, including:
- Hydraulic components
- Undercarriage assemblies
- Pneumatic systems
- Mechanical items
